I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Tulum. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The service from the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and attentive. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a rooftop pool and jacuzzi, which were great for relaxing. it was a fantastic experience.
The only downside was that some of the staff struggled with English, which made communication difficult at times.
